As a Property Manager, you will oversee a stabilized portfolio of approximately 200 single‑family residential homes (average rent ~$2,500/month). You will lead a small team (2–3 direct reports), manage owner relationships, drive operational performance, and ensure compliance across your portfolio. This is a hybrid role designed for a confident leader who can balance financial oversight, team leadership, and high‑level communication with residents and owners.

• 3+ years of property management experience (single‑family preferred)
• Proven leadership experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of leasing, renewals, delinquency management, and tenant relations
• Financial acumen with the ability to interpret owner statements and portfolio performance
• Experience with App Folio or similar property management software
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage a high‑volume portfolio with structure and efficiency
• Valid Texas Real Estate License (required)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and property owners
• Monitor rent collection, delinquency, and overall portfolio financial performance
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure timely, cost‑effective service
• Conduct property inspections and ensure homes meet company standards
• Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
• Provide owners and investors with performance updates and reporting
• Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and all applicable local, state, and federal laws
