Senior Account Manager

* Establish and support governance routines to track progress, manage priorities, and resolve barriers across enterprise initiatives.
* Monitor performance of services growth initiatives and provide insights to leadership on risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
* Ensure alignment with Caterpillar commercial processes, aftermarket metrics, and operational definitions.
* Translate data, insights, and market feedback into actionable recommendations that improve execution effectiveness and customer experience.
* 15+ years of experience in Power & Energy or aftermarket commercial, product support, or engineering roles.
* Extensive experience and knowledge of gas compression, well-service, and/or land drilling customer segments
* Proven ability to drive growth through cross-enterprise collaboration and indirect influence.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience aligning strategy to execution in complex, matrixed organizations.
* Demonstrated ability to translate customer, dealer, and market insights into executable services strategies.
* Strong business acumen with experience supporting growth initiatives, new service introductions, and enterprise projects.
