We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a high-energy, premium dining establishment known for its exceptional guest experiences and commitment to quality. This role requires a balance of strategic business management, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategist
- Develop and execute yearly and quarterly operating plans that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Drive top-line sales through exceptional guest experiences, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage costs effectively by overseeing controllable expenses and implementing systems for financial efficiency.
- Ensure optimal labor management through accurate forecasting and proactive scheduling.
- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and visually appealing restaurant environment, both for guests and behind the scenes.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver a high-quality, farm-to-fork menu for everyday dining and special events.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in ingredient sourcing and recipe execution.
- Lead the beverage team in curating an outstanding bar program featuring top-tier wine, whiskey, and spirits.
- Partner with the leadership team to design unique activations and experiences that drive engagement and sales.
- Create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere through exceptional service and hospitality.
- Develop and mentor managers to take ownership of their responsibilities and uphold operational standards.
- Oversee management team performance, providing clear expectations, accountability, and support.
- Lead strategic team meetings, reviewing sales results, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with managers, focusing on performance, professional growth, and leadership development.
- Foster internal talent growth, ensuring a pipeline of skilled leaders for future brand expansion.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
- Provide team members with the tools and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
- Implement best-in-class onboarding and orientation experiences.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and inclusivity.
- Set high standards for performance and provide fair, constructive coaching and feedback.
