Job Type: Full Time

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Direct the department in accordance with directives from the Executive Director.
• Maintain the facility in a safe and comfortable manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance/plant related position.
• 2–4 years of experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
