Beacon Mobility - - Responsibilities:
Lead the Provider Success Representatives within their region and provide guidance to ensure effective operations;
Act as the primary point of contact for Service Providers, addressing questions, concerns, and issues;
Liaise between Service Providers and the ADROIT/Provider Success team to resolve provider-related issues and ensure timely communication;
Monitor team KPIs and report on performance to the Provider Success Manager;
Collaborate with the Provider Success Manager to develop strategies for improving team performance and provider satisfaction
