People in our Public Service group serve an array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and educational industries.

The Public Service Senior Manager is experienced in delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery in performance and outcome improvements. The manager will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.

Ability to travel 75%+.

Here's What You Need:

- A minimum of 7 years of high value consulting experience- A minimum of 7 years of public service experience

Bonus Points If:

- You have a bachelor's degree

- You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects- A minimum of 7 years of experience leading work streams and meeting deadlines- A minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
