We are seeking a Regional Manager who sees greenfield expansion as the ultimate challenge: the opportunity to take raw potential and transform it into a thriving, multi‑location operation. As Regional Manager, you will have the backing of our corporate team to establish and scale 3 to 6 service locations across your region. You will be growth‑focused, using your P&L as a scorecard while making the strategic decisions that drive real expansion. You will build high‑performing teams, forge relationships with key insurance and commercial partners, and create operational excellence in restoration services.

• Drive strategic expansion and organic growth across multiple sites within your assigned region.
• Identify market opportunities and lead regional business development initiatives.
• Develop and execute operational plans aligned with Fortify’s values and growth objectives.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards in service delivery, safety, and compliance.
• Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency and manage operating expenses.
• Leverage our shared technology platform to deliver consistent customer experiences from first call to final walkthrough.

• Lead, mentor, and develop local leadership teams to foster a culture of accountability, performance, and service heart.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration between operations and corporate support functions.
• Embody the player‑coach mentality: willing to roll up your sleeves alongside your team when needed.

• Full P&L accountability for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Recruit, train, and lead Business Development teams to execute the regional go‑to‑market strategy.
• Build relationships with key referral sources including insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial accounts.
