Manager, Acute Case Management & Social Services:
The Manager of Case Management & Social Services will lead a dynamic team and drive quality improvement and program outcomes!
- Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Prefer 5+ years Acute Care / Hospital Case Management experience
- At least 2 years progressive leadership experience overseeing case management departments
- Certified Case Manager (CCM)
