Senior Associate Process Manager (Network Disputes)

As a Senior Associate Process Manager for Network Disputes, you will monitor assigned accounts for out‑of‑balances and conduct research to resolve outstanding disputes.

• Cross‑functional collaboration:
  Partner with cross‑functional teams to support dispute resolution and reconciliation.
• Process governance:
  Adhere to departmental procedures and internal controls to ensure strict adherence to governance models.
• Innovation:
  Champion process improvements that reduce manual work and complexity.
• Problem resolution:
  Resolve complex problems that require interpretation of policies, guidelines, or processes; identify and involve appropriate stakeholders to correct breakdowns.
• Mentorship:
  Coach and train junior colleagues on processes and performance targets.

• Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, or Risk Management.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification.

• Riverwoods, IL: $80,800 – $92,200 (Senior Process Manager)

Salary is based on location; the actual offer will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
