A well-established national Commercial General Contractor is expanding its Houston operations and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead this growth. This firm specializes in delivering complex ground-up commercial construction projects across Healthcare, K-12 Education, and Municipal sectors throughout Texas.

• Lead ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Oversee Project Managers and project teams on-site
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery
• Drive safety, scheduling, and cost control initiatives

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial GC
• Proven track record delivering ground-up healthcare, K-12, or municipal projects
• Experience managing projects $20M+ preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment
