Publicly traded firm located in the Spring Branch / Memorial City area in search of an Executive Assistant to provide support to the company's CEO and CFO. This role works closely with the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Internal Communications to support planning, coordination, and execution of executive and Board level activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level, proactive support to the CEO and CFO, anticipating needs and independently managing priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, managing executive time, communications, and competing demands.
  • Manage complex executive calendars involving internal leadership, Board members, consultants, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO, CFO, and Board members.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Board members on scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics.
  • Support end-to-end Board meeting planning, including travel, accommodations, meals, and on-site logistics.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including consultants, industry leaders, and government or congressional offices.
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Internal Communications on executive priorities and communications.
  • Manage executive expense reporting, invoices, and administrative processes.
  • Support executive onboarding and leadership transitions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting Boards of Directors and senior governance activities.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and anticipate needs.
