The Area Safety, Health & Environment Manager promotes the Company's IIF culture by ensuring every co-worker returns home safely every night. The role spends a minimum of 70% of its time in the field observing and coaching co-workers and other safety professionals on corrective actions for unsafe conditions and behaviors. The manager reinforces positive behavior through recognition and rewards, serves as a resource to co-workers by answering safety questions, shares lessons learned, and uses leading indicators to influence the future direction of safety across projects.

• Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by serving as a Safety Resource
• Assists in Project Compliance with all Safety Rules and Regulations
• Responsible for Case Management
• Directs and/or Oversees the Work of Staff
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or EHS from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of a certificate in a related field, or construction experience with OSHA 500 training certification
• Minimum of 7 years of construction experience, or a minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience (including Internship)
