An established international logistics organization is expanding its U.S. operations and seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Houston office. This is a unique opportunity to join a financially strong, ethics-driven company with significant resources already in place. The Branch Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the branch, including Sales, Carrier Relations, Operations, and Support staff, while helping build a high‑performance culture focused on growth, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

• Lead and manage all branch operations, personnel, and performance.
• Oversee Sales, Carrier Relations, Operations, and Administrative teams.
• Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability measures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop high‑performing team members.
• Create and maintain operational processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, profitability, and branch performance.
• Coach managers and team leaders to achieve branch objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives and business strategy.
• Step in and assist with operational challenges when necessary.
• Build a positive, professional, and results‑oriented culture.

• 5–7+ years of freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing multiple departments or teams.
• Experience overseeing sales, operations, carrier relations, or brokerage functions.
• Proven ability to build, train, and develop successful teams.
• Strong understanding of domestic transportation, including FTL, LTL, Flatbed, Reefer, and Drayage.
• Experience establishing processes, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

• Only candidates with direct freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics brokerage leadership experience will be considered.
• This position is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to trucking companies, asset‑based carriers, dispatch‑only operations, or transportation roles that do not include leadership responsibility for sales, operations, and team performance.

Applicants must have:

• 5+ years of freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics brokerage experience.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Experience developing employees through coaching, training, and accountability.
• Strong operational understanding of freight brokerage environments.
