* Are you ready to play a leading role in shaping the next generation of energy infrastructure across Texas and Louisiana? WSP is seeking a strategic, client-focused  
** Senior Environmental Project Manager - Team Lead
** to oversee and grow a team of environmental professionals supporting power and energy projects. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for people management, team development, and workload planning, in addition to leading complex, high-visibility projects. The successful candidate will set technical direction, mentor and develop staff, and play an active role in expanding WSP's environmental services capabilities in the region.

In this role, you will bring expertise in siting and routing, environmental impact assessment, and project permitting, along with the leadership and collaboration skills needed to guide multidisciplinary teams and build trusted client relationships. You will also bring a strong understanding of the Texas/Louisiana energy market and the ability to help clients navigate complex regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder challenges.

As our regional workload continues to grow, you will join WSP's interdisciplinary Energy team focused on siting and routing, state permitting, and impact assessments across the social, natural, and physical environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on some of the region's most important energy projects and may be based
