Role Overview:
As the Interim VP of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Ener Mech's global QHSE functions. You will drive the company's commitment to safety, quality excellence, and environmental stewardship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Provide strategic leadership for the global QHSE function, ensuring alignment with Company objectives and operational requirements.
• Promote and embed a positive culture of quality, health, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement across all regions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Company's QHSE strategy, policies, standards, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, client, and industry QHSE requirements across all operations.
• Lead the Company's audit, assurance, and performance improvement programmes, ensuring effective management of risks and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic support and guidance to operations, projects, engineering, and business development teams to ensure QHSE principles are embedded throughout the business.
• Monitor and report on QHSE performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead incident management, investigations, and organizational learning processes to strengthen operational performance and risk management.
• Represent the Company on QHSE matters with clients, regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and industry organizations.
• Lead emergency response preparedness and crisis management activities across the business.
• Develop and lead the global QHSE team, ensuring capability, engagement, and succession planning to support business growth.
