Responsibilities of this role:

• Lead, organize, and motivate teams that deliver exceptional business value to our clients
• Define project scope, budget, and timeline while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
• Design and manage plans to fulfill client needs
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings that encourage a sustainable pace and a high level of quality work
• Manage Stakeholder communication by preparing and distributing progress status reports
• Proactively manage risks and issues
• Promote empowerment of the team while ensuring that each team member is accountable for their commitments

• BA or BS is required, MA or MS is a plus
• 4-6 years of experience managing complex enterprise level projects required
• Experience in business process optimization and strategy development
• Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles with the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• Experience overseeing multi-function project teams

• Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Strong analytical, planning, and organization skills with the ability to manage competing demands
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills with experience interacting at all levels including at the executive level
• Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office tools
• PMP required, Six Sigma or LEAN preferred
• Ability to travel for work as needed
• Willingness to learn new skills with a dedication to self-growth
• Desire to invest in the growth and development of your team
