Salary: $53,000 – $55,000 annually, plus a full benefit package.

Job Summary:

The Security Operations Supervisor leads and supports security teams across multiple locations, overseeing Field Supervisors and security officers. The role ensures adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements. The candidate will be a hands‑on leader focused on coaching and developing teams, conducting site audits, resolving operational challenges, and supporting branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement.

• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Assists with onboarding and directly develops high caliber staff.
• Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
• Is organized, self‑disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Associate degree.
• 1 year of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
