ERM is seeking a Consulting Partner, Environmental Compliance to join our growing Safe and Sustainable Operations team in one of our Gulf offices (Houston, New Orleans, Austin, or Dallas) within a flexible, hybrid work environment.

What You'll Bring:

Required

* 15+ years of relevant experience in EHS compliance, environmental compliance, and risk management.

* Executive-level consulting or corporate leadership experience with demonstrated business development success.

* Proven ability to build and sustain senior client relationships.

* Broad experience across compliance, reporting, and operational risk solutions.

* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.

* Established client network or recognized expertise in sectors such as technology, energy, or other industrial markets.

* Demonstrated success growing consulting practices or service lines.

* Experience contributing to strategic business direction at a senior leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead client relationship development, sales, and delivery of ERM's consulting services, with emphasis on Safe and Sustainable Operations offerings.

* Develop and implement EHS compliance and risk management systems to strengthen governance and manage regulatory obligations.

* Advise clients on data management, reporting, and disclosure related to EHS performance.

* Drive commercial strategy to pursue and win new business aligned with ERM's global priorities.

* Co-develop practical, innovative solutions that deliver long-term client value.

* Build, grow, and lead a high-performing consulting team while mentoring emerging leaders.

* Collaborate across ERM service lines to drive innovation and deliver integrated solutions.

* Expand ERM's market visibility through thought leadership, industry engagement, and partnerships.

Business Leadership

* Drive profitable growth by expanding key client relationships and securing new opportunities.

* Shape commercial strategy aligned with priority sectors and global objectives.

* Serve as an equity Partner contributing to the strategic direction of the firm.

* Strengthen ERM's market position in environmental compliance through client and industry engagement.

Technical Leadership

* Provide executive-level leadership in environmental compliance, operational risk, and EHS performance.

* Develop and deploy innovative compliance and risk management solutions.

* Guide clients in integrating sustainability objectives with regulatory compliance and resource management.

* Deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk exposure.

People Leadership

* Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

* Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders within Safe and Sustainable Operations.

* Identify emerging talent and support career progression and succession planning.
