Overview
Iron Mountain seeks a motivated Imaging Operations Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team. The role oversees daily Imaging Center operations, manages high-volume production deliverables, and drives the end-to-end transformation of physical documents into digital assets. You will lead a department of fifteen to thirty employees, guiding operational workflow design and mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities- Workflow Management:
Lead daily production workflows and manage project timelines to guarantee the highest quality and outcome of customer orders. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams across multiple areas of Iron Mountain and communicate effectively with external clients to resolve operational issues and improve procedures. - Team Leadership & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by leading, mentoring, and cross-training department employees. - Financial Administration:
Support the team's invoicing processes systematically to ensure smooth operational accounting.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment managing teams of 15–30 employees.
- Strong knowledge of imaging processes, data extraction methodologies, and operational workflow design.
- Proven ability in team leadership, personnel development, and cross-training.
- Exceptional project management, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
- Salary: $56,000 annually.
- Shifts:
Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM. - Location:
