Point C Health, a national TPA, seeks a Manager, Payment Operations to lead funding and check-run operations across the platform. Based in Finance, you will own end-to-end funding from check register generation to Echo transmissions and custodial account management.
You will build and lead a team of funding specialists, drive VBA-driven automation, set KPIs and SLAs, and partner with IT on system enhancements while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
