As our Operational Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our shop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing daily shop operations to maintain a productive work environment.
• Scheduling employees and coordinating daily workflow to meet business demands.
• Handling customer concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Assisting around the shop, including lifting parts (up to 50 lbs) and supporting team members as needed.
• Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment in all aspects of the role.
• Motivating employees and fostering a positive team culture.

We’re seeking candidates who bring a strong mix of experience, skills, and dedication to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: At least 1 year of previous management or leadership experience, preferably in an automotive or transmission shop setting.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, emails, and shop management software.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focus: Experience handling customer concerns and resolving conflicts with professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when assisting around the shop.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish), valid driver’s license, and college education in business or management.
• Dependability: Must be punctual, reliable, and available to work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
