** Position Overview
** We are seeking a
** Technical Power Apps Lead
** to oversee the execution, delivery, and team management of our Power Apps development function. This role will lead a team of 5–10 developers, focusing on
** day-to-day delivery, stakeholder communication, and team leadership**, while driving high-quality application solutions.

This role requires a
** balanced leader
** who can manage delivery, support team members, and effectively communicate progress and strategy to leadership.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Team Leadership & Delivery Management
*** Lead and manage a
** Power Apps development team (5–10 resources)
*** Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards are met
* Act as the primary point of contact for team escalations and issue resolution
* Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance oversight
** Project & Execution Oversight
*** Drive execution of
** Power Apps initiatives**, ensuring alignment with business priorities
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
* Monitor and improve team productivity and delivery effectiveness* “Own” delivery outcomes and maintain accountability across the team
** Stakeholder Management & Communication
*** Develop
** executive-level presentations (PowerPoint decks)
** to communicate progress, insights, and strategic direction
* Partner with leadership to convey ideas, solutions, and recommendations clearly
* Translate technical work into
** business-friendly narratives
**** Operational Excellence
*** Address team challenges, manage workflow bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operations
* Act as a “hands-on leader” for team coordination and issue resolution
* Support organizational change and team growth within a
** scaling environment (~15-person org)
**** Technical Oversight (Preferred but not Required)
*** Provide guidance on Power Apps architecture and best practices
* Ensure solutions align with broader
** data and application architecture
** strategies
* * Required Qualifications
*** 5+ years of experience in:  + Project management, delivery leadership, or team management  + Managing technical or low-code development teams
* Proven ability to manage
** teams of 5–10+ individuals
*** Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-facing materials
* Experience creating and delivering
** PowerPoint presentations for leadership
*** Ability to operate in a
** fast-paced, startup-like environment
**** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with
** Power Apps or Microsoft Power Platform
*** Background in
** technical project delivery or application development
*** Experience working in
** Agile or hybrid delivery environments
**** Success Profile
*** Strong people leader who can manage team dynamics and delivery challenges
* Highly organized with a focus on execution and accountability
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling teams
