You will coordinate technicians, manage the maintenance plan, and ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA and company procedures while maintaining safety and service standards.
This role requires an FAA A&P certificate, 5+ years in aircraft maintenance with at least 2 in a leadership position, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
