WMATA seeks a Director of Performance Improvement to lead performance-based management and continuous improvement across Operations. You will establish frameworks for objectives, measures and reporting to drive value via data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities include external and internal reporting, annual target setting for federal/state/local measures, and building dashboards with senior management guidance. A Master’s degree is preferred and six years of relevant experience are required.
