We're hiring a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Strategic Relations in the Southwest region
.

As a RVP of Strategic Relations, you lead the region’s efforts to generate revenue by developing strategic relationships with executive and C‑suite leaders. This is an exciting, fast‑paced position that requires knowledge of general fundraising practices and executive engagement strategies. You will bring strong relationship‑building skills, a commitment to delivering outcomes, and a proven track record of fundraising success to the position.

This is an office‑based position that offers a hybrid schedule. This position will be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston, Texas area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of accounts and have responsibility for achieving an annual revenue goal of $5 million in year one and build to $10 million in year two.
  • Design, develop, and lead regional committees to achieve the region's strategic plan and fundraising goals. This includes identifying and leveraging strategic volunteer leadership relationships.
  • Develop and manage strategies that drive key regional initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Collaborate with the region committees and staff to ensure strategies and implementation plans are coordinated across the region.
  • Cultivate innovative relationships with new and existing partners, and identify sponsorship opportunities to achieve results.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment where staff from various functions work together to achieve results related to our mission and revenue goals.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned, consistent with the scope, level, and responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years spent in a development capacity at a similar non‑profit organization.
  • 3 years leading staff, preferably development or fundraising staff.
  • Experience leading and cultivating high‑level leaders at the C‑suite level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southwest region approximately 50% of the time, including Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes) with the expectation that heavier items would be broken down into smaller components or requesting additional assistance may be required before lifting and/or moving.
