Senior District Manager

Responsibilities

• Hold full P&L accountability for a $25–50 million industrial water treatment business across South Texas
• Drive revenue growth, retain key customers across refining, chemical, power, and manufacturing segments
• Lead the development and execution of a strategic growth plan
• Manage, mentor, and recruit a diverse team of Account Managers, Field Service Representatives, and technical specialists
• Ensure strict adherence to district-wide safety protocols and environmental compliance regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related technical/business field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial water treatment
• At least 5+ years in a commercial management role leading, hiring and developing teams
• Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving sales growth in the water treatment industry
• Established network and working knowledge of the South Texas industrial market

Demonstrates extensive experience in managing P&L for industrial water treatment businesses, driving revenue growth, and leading diverse teams. Possesses a strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental compliance within the South Texas industrial market.
