Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join a senior leadership team as the Non-Standard Growth Leader. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and management of non-standard insurance business. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio spanning 10+ offices and their respective teams, while developing and implementing strategies related to products, pricing, distribution, customer retention, and profitability.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
- Total Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
- Lead and manage the non-standard insurance book of business across 12 offices.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize products, pricing, distribution channels, customer retention, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Leadership Team to align business objectives with organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness in the non-standard insurance sector.
- Provide leadership and guidance to office staff, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
- Experience:
Extensive knowledge and experience in the non-standard insurance market and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. - Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or CPIA are highly desirable.
- Years of
Experience:
8–15+ years in a leadership role within the insurance industry. - Technical
Skills:
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
