Sandalwood Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations at Tapestry Orem in Houston, TX. You will help lease units, maintain records, and focus on resident retention while stepping in for the Community Manager when needed.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in lease-up/management with LIHTC/HUD exposure, Yardi experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Strong admin skills and weekend availability are a plus.
