- Manage the studio staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the studio is adequately equipped and maintained for daily operations.
- Oversee the studio's financial management, including budgeting and bookkeeping.
- Coordinate studio bookings, handle client inquiries, and manage client contracts.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote studio services.
- 2 Years+ Experience managing a Music Studio
