Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Appeals department, the full-time Manager
- Appeals will ensure compliance, operational excellence, and a high-quality customer experience in a remote setting.
- Manage assigned teams and staff while monitoring performance, productivity, and workload distribution
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent application of policies and contractual requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with Appeals & Hearings; expertise within the Hearings & Appeals function is preferred
- Current and/or prior managerial experience
- Ability to work a schedule between 9:00am - 6:00pm EST, Monday
- Friday, with flexibility for extended hours and rotational weekends - Must permanently reside in the Continental US and have a smartphone for system access
