Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year

Lead high-profile EPC, EPFI, and offshore energy projects valued between $100M and $500M+.

Play a key role in shaping major energy and infrastructure developments around the world.

Enjoy significant executive visibility and direct interaction with clients, suppliers, and senior leadership.

Influence project strategy, commercial success, and long-term business growth.

• Lead and manage all phases of large-scale EPC/EPFI projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
• Serve as the primary client representative, building strong relationships while driving customer satisfaction and project performance
• Develop and execute project strategies, risk management plans, execution plans, and financial forecasts to achieve profitability goals
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams, oversee resource planning, and provide strategic leadership throughout project execution
• Manage contracts, change orders, subcontractors, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval Architecture, or related discipline) or Construction Management
• 15+ years of relevant EPC industry experience, including at least 8 years in a Project Manager role (or equivalent FEED project leadership experience)
