Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The Director of Procurement provides strategic leadership for the organization's global procurement function, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods, materials, equipment, and services that enable safe and efficient operations. This role establishes and oversees procurement governance, drives sourcing excellence, and ensures adherence to applicable industry regulations, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and corporate policies.
Working collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Drilling, Maintenance, Logistics, Finance, and Legal, the Director develops procurement strategies that optimize supplier performance, reduce total cost of ownership, strengthen supply chain resilience, and mitigate operational risk. The role champions continuous improvement, strategic supplier partnerships, and data-driven decision-making to support operational excellence and deliver sustainable business value across the enterprise.
