Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant General Manager with a background in fine dining to oversee our establishment's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of driving profitability, maintaining the highest standards of service, and managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans by analyzing market demand, evaluating competitors, and preparing accurate financial, marketing, and sales projections.
- Marketing & Growth: Drive customer acquisition by implementing innovative marketing, advertising, and public relations programs. Continuously evaluate program performance and adapt to changing market demands.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain smooth operations by establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards, and initiate system improvements to streamline workflow.
- Guest Experience: Ensure superior customer satisfaction by auditing food, beverage, and service quality. Proactively identify areas for improvement and cultivate strong relationships with our preferred patrons.
- Team Leadership: Oversee all personnel functions, including recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management. Communicate clear expectations, conduct appraisals, and manage compensation actions while enforcing company policies.
- Financial & Inventory Management: Manage the P&L with a deep understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, inventory control, and cost management for both FOH and BOH operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility by strictly enforcing sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and compliance with all health and legal regulations.
- Industry Leadership: Stay current on emerging industry trends through educational workshops, professional publications, networking, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Experience: Proven experience in a fine dining environment is required.
- Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Strategy.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated success in Management Proficiency, Decision Making, and Strategic Planning.
- Operational Focus: Expertise in Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, and Managing Profitability.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to Customer Focus and Attention to Detail.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
