About The OpportunityOur client is a rapidly growing provider of security, surveillance, communications, and infrastructure solutions seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead field operations across a multi-state territory.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing installation, maintenance, and deployment teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

What You'll Do Operations Leadership- Lead and manage regional installation, maintenance, and field service teams
- Oversee project execution to ensure quality, safety, scheduling, and budget objectives are achieved
- Coordinate installation and service activities across multiple job sites and territories
- Prioritize workloads and allocate personnel and equipment based on project demands
- Forecast staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives
- Monitor project costs, scheduling, and operational performance
- Conduct project risk assessments and support estimating activities
- Manage company vehicles, equipment, trailers, inventory, and other field assets
- Partner with other regions to maximize resource utilization and operational efficiency
- Coordinate rapid response efforts for critical service and maintenance issues
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate field personnel
- Establish performance expectations and operational metrics
- Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with project managers and customers to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Ensure projects are completed to customer specifications and contractual requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- 4+ years of experience in security systems, low-voltage technology, telecommunications, electronics, or related industries
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience managing field teams
- Experience leading operations across multiple geographic locations
- Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to obtain PMP Certification within one year of hire
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification within six months
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% throughout the assigned region
- Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders and lifts up to 40 feet, and lift up to 60 pounds
- $80,000–$105,000 Base Salary (DOE)
