Regional Lingerie Manager

Dillard’s is seeking an inspiring and results-driven Regional Lingerie Manager to lead the development and performance of our intimate apparel teams across mid-south Texas, based out of Houston, Texas. This leader will be responsible for elevating the standards of service, championing the bra fitting process, and driving profitable growth by developing Intimate Selling Managers and Fitters to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Provide dynamic leadership and strategic direction for lingerie departments across your assigned region, fostering a culture of service, expertise, and high performance.
• Develop, coach, and inspire Intimate Selling Managers and Fitters to master the bra fitting process and deliver exceptional, personalized customer service.
• Own the training, implementation, and continuous improvement of the bra fitting experience, ensuring consistency and excellence in every store.
• Identify skill gaps and partner with the Corporate Intimate Apparel Education Director to create and facilitate targeted in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Serve as a role model and mentor, cultivating business acumen, advanced fitting knowledge, and sales skills within store teams.
• Leverage digital tools (Learner Mobile, CONNECT, Google Sites, DASH, etc.) to maximize the impact of training and communication across multiple locations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with store management, buyers, and leadership partners to support key regional initiatives and communicate opportunities and successes.
• Plan and oversee in-store events that drive customer engagement and boost regional sales.
• Champion best practices by partnering with other regional managers and leaders to ensure consistent excellence across the business.
• Advocate for the needs of your region, representing store teams and customers to senior leadership and influencing the direction of the lingerie business.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, effective time management, and adaptability to frequent travel within the region.
• Set the standard for service, professionalism, and work ethic for all intimate apparel teams.
• Achieve ambitious business goals: drive profitable sales growth, meet inventory turn targets, and sustain healthy gross margins across all regional stores.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience overseeing Intimate Apparel or Lingerie departments at the store or district level.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Expert communication skills with the ability to facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training.
• Demonstrated leadership focused on service, results, and team development.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exceed performance targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Houston region and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Strong influencing skills and comfort communicating with all levels of leadership.
• Passion for developing talent, continuous improvement, and advocating for positive change.
• Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and best practices in Intimate Apparel and lingerie fitting.
• Committed to working extended hours as needed to meet business objectives.
