• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign‑offs

• Experience leading enterprise Quality Engineering Strategy design organizations, QE CoEs, or TCoEs.
• Experience driving QE governance, delivery excellence, and quality transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with customer QE leadership on quality engineering strategy and process standardization.
• Experience managing multi‑vendor delivery engagements and stakeholder governance.
• Experience leading large‑scale Agile delivery programs across multiple teams.
• Experience driving AI maturity, AI‑enabled testing adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Experience with Retail Digital Transformation and Supply Chain Transformation programs.
• Experience managing onsite and offshore teams and client‑facing engagements.
• Experience with test automation, API testing, and modern quality engineering practices.
• Experience in executive reporting, risk management, delivery governance, and account leadership.
• Experience supporting account growth, innovation, solutioning, and business development initiatives.

• Experience with enterprise‑scale test automation frameworks design and quality engineering accelerators.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, AI‑assisted testing, and AI‑enabled STLC practices.
• Experience operationalizing AI‑enabled testing capabilities and productivity accelerators.
• Experience leading QE transformation and modernization programs.
• Experience working with executive client stakeholders and steering committees.
• Experience identifying opportunities for growth and client expansion.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
