*** Lead day-to-day branch operations across sales, service, parts, and rental, keeping teams aligned and working together.

* Strengthen customer relationships while partnering with leadership and shared services to execute a smart, achievable plan.

*** Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing people and building strong teams.
* Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and understanding income statements.
* A customer-focused mindset with strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
* Industry experience in transportation, mobility equipment, or a closely related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
