The Hartford is seeking a Head of Energy to lead the vision, strategy, execution, and financial performance of its national Energy portfolio. This executive will serve as the senior business leader and underwriting authority for Energy, with accountability for profitable growth, underwriting excellence, portfolio performance, market expansion, operational effectiveness, and long-term strategy. Energy is a strategic growth opportunity for The Hartford.

This leader will build on a strong foundation while positioning the business to capture opportunities across traditional and renewable energy sectors. The ideal candidate brings deep technical underwriting expertise, executive-level business leadership, and a strong market presence with brokers, insureds, distribution partners, and senior internal stakeholders. As the external face of The Hartford's Energy franchise, this leader will help shape the business, strengthen market relevance, and develop the next generation of Energy underwriting talent.
