As Branch Manager,you’llset the tone for the entire operation.
You’lllead from the floor, develop great people, and guide the branch toward strong financial performance—all while living out the Sammons standards and the values that make Briggs who we are. Your leadership will create a place where employees grow, customers stay loyal, and the business thrives.
- Lead day-to-day branch operations across sales, service, parts, and rental, keeping teams aligned and working together.
- Drive financial performance by owning the business plan, budgets, and operational results.
- Recruit, develop, and coach top talent—building a high-performing, motivated, and diverse team.
- Strengthen customer relationships while partnering with leadership and shared services to execute a smart, achievable plan.
- Proven leadership experience witha track recordof developing people and building strong teams.
- Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and understanding income statements.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Industry experience in transportation, mobility equipment, or a closely related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
