Senior Electrical Project Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, driven Senior Project Manager who can take the reins on large-scale commercial builds, think major hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, and ground-up developments that shape skylines and communities.

• Lead full-cycle project execution for large commercial electrical projects from precon through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships with precision and confidence
• Partner with design teams, MEP trades, and field leadership to keep work flowing and issues resolved
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications
• Drive weekly progress meetings, reporting, and communication for internal and external stakeholders

• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial electrical construction
• Proven success managing $20M-$100M electrical scopes with aggressive timelines
• Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and client-facing experience
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
• Ability to lead teams through complex builds with clarity, urgency, and accountability
