This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership, client trust, and business growth. You’ll own project oversight, lead a growing team, and be directly responsible for both client satisfaction and the success of our partnerships...financially, strategically, and operationally.

• P&L ownership across client accounts and active projects...with autonomy and accountability
• Team leadership across our client-facing project specialists...building a culture of clarity, trust, and responsiveness
• Client oversight from first call to project wrap...you’ll be the steady hand, the off-the-record advisor, and the champion for results
• Business development — activating your network, pursuing strategic opportunities, and growing our impact in healthcare, life sciences, commercial, and energy sectors
• Process optimization — bringing structure to fast-moving projects, aligning stakeholders, and removing friction for everyone involved

• Has led complex, multi-stakeholder projects — and still has the battle scars (and client wins) to prove it
• Thinks like an owner....with a strong sense of responsibility for client outcomes and team development
• Has a real network and knows how to unlock it
• Can walk into a high-stakes conversation and instantly bring calm, clarity, and next steps
• Is equally comfortable building long-term relationships and pulling together a team to solve a time-sensitive mess
• Isn’t afraid of spreadsheets, P&Ls, or performance metrics...and knows how to connect them to people and outcomes
