**** Summary
* * The Branch Manager oversees branch operations, personnel, and performance to ensure consistent day-to-day operational excellence. This role provides hands-on leadership, builds and develops high-performing teams, and fosters strong relationships with both new and existing clients. The position emphasizes teamwork, transparency, accountability, and effective execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
** Essential Functions
*** Lead, direct, and coordinate all branch activities to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.
* Develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor daily operations and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership.
* Represent the branch at community and client events to enhance visibility and business relationships.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
** Education & Experience
**** Required**
* ** 2+ years of experience
** in branch management, operations, or a related leadership role.
** Preferred**
* ** Bachelor’s Degree
** in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Experience managing teams in a multi-site or service-based environment.
* Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and meeting business goals.
** Skills & Competencies
*** Proficiency with
** Microsoft Office Suite
** and other standard business technology systems.
* Strong
** leadership, communication, and interpersonal
** skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
* Excellent
