The City of Houston is seeking a supervisor for the 311 Call Center, reporting at 2805 McKinney St, 3rd Floor. You will oversee 3-1-1 telecommunicators, manage daily operations and prepare reports on equipment and procedures. A related bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience are required.
This is a Houston Public Works Emergency Management position (Tier I) with potential on-call duties in emergencies and a pay grade 22 classification.
