Duties
Help
Establishes and maintains processes to communicate changes in policies and procedures and issues of sensitive or general concern to all of the FAO staff.
Provides overall direction to the FAO regarding workforce development activities necessary to enhance and maximize the supervisory staffs leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ensures that auditors receive training required by Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA).
Reviews requirements and program plans developed by subordinate audit teams and coordinates Regional Audit Manager (RAM) review.
