Senior Project Manager

We're partnering with a leading player in the utility-scale renewable energy sector to hire a Senior Project Manager who can help drive project execution while serving as a collaborative leader within the organization.

Senior Project Manager | Utility-Scale Renewables

Houston, TX

• 7+ years of project management experience within utility-scale renewables or the EPC industry
• Experience leading large-scale renewable energy projects from execution through completion
• Strong high-voltage (HV) project experience
• Proven ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members, even without direct reports
• Strong communication skills with the ability to identify risks and escalat
• Based in the Houston area

Beyond technical experience, we’re looking for a leader who can help strengthen collaboration across the project team. The ideal candidate will be someone who leads by example, supports less experienced colleagues, and understands how to keep communication flowing to ensure projects stay on track.
