Prime Way Federal Credit Union in Houston, TX seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations, coach staff, and ensure service quality. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Branch Manager and acts in their absence to maintain branch performance.
You will drive compliance, sales goals, and community relationships, lead by example, and develop staff through coaching and training in a fast-paced banking environment.
