To learn more, please visit our website: Responsibilities Hire, train, manage and develop Tree Care employees and crews.
Plan and schedule Tree Care operations to meet production goals, contractual requirements and client expectations.
Ensure crews follow proper arboricultural techniques, ANSI standards and company safety requirements.
Manage labor, production and operating costs to meet budget expectations.
Oversee equipment needs and repairs to maximize uptime and productivity.
Partner with Safety, Field Support and other departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Maintain high standards for safety, quality and client service.
Lead and deliver required safety meetings and training.
Required:
Basic understanding of P&Ls.Extensive experience at previous levels (Account Manager and Senior Account Manager).Effective time management skills.
Extensive property maintenance experience.
Passion for client service.
Superb communication skills.
Leadership skills, motivator, problem solver, accessible, know your employees and customers.
Preferred:
Communicate in both English and Spanish.
Degree in Forestry, Horticulture or a related major.
Extensive experience in a professional tree management company or related firm.
Knowledge of regional climate horticultural practices.
