What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in rail or infrastructure installation, with proven supervisory skills
- Proficiency in project management tools, installation methodologies, and safety regulations
- Strong understanding of rail systems, installation standards, and quality assurance practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
- On‑time delivery of installation milestones and strategic project goals
- Effective collaboration and leadership within cross‑functional teams
- Reduction in installation defects and increased operational efficiency
