We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a proactive maintenance department in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ensuring equipment reliability, high machine uptime, and world-class safety standards in a multi-shift operation. The successful candidate will build and guide a cross-functional maintenance team, manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement across plant operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a multi-shift maintenance team in a heavy industrial plant.
• Drive world-class safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Manage and enforce preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues.
• Plan and execute large-scale capital projects while managing budgets.
• Continuously improve equipment reliability, uptime, and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance supervision.
• Strong technical expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC controls.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Hands-on problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing capital/MRO budgets and large maintenance projects.
• Technical degree (mechanical/electrical) or equivalent industry experience.
