Job OverviewThe General Manager, under the leadership of the VP of Operations, is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all market functions, including trucking, wastewater processing, composting, and railyard operations. This role oversees the full operational lifecycle—from sales, administration, project management, service delivery, plant processing, and cross-functional coordination. The General Manager leads a team of operations managers, sales, compliance, project managers, maintenance, and administrative support staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and exceeding annual performance expectations through collaboration with accounting, human resources, safety, information technology, and sales and marketing.

- Lead and manage all operational and sales functions across trucking, wastewater treatment, composting, and railyard logistics.
- Optimizing the deployment of human, financial, and asset resources, ensuring adequate capacity and utilization to meet current and future demands.
- Developing and articulating the overall strategic direction for the business, aligning it with market opportunities and organizational capabilities
